Good prices, love their tray deals. Their milkshakes are great with lots of flavors to choose from. Workers are fast and friendly.

First Time here, ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, really good flavor. Onion rings were ok, sweet tea was also pretty good. Really good value for your money. I will be going back.

I came back and edited a 3 star review from 2 years ago because I truly cannot stand Goldsboro Cookout. I got a tray with nothing in it but the burger. I called to complain TWICE...no answer. Call the 800 number...no answer(granted its late). Its literally always something...

The Goldsboro location is getting sloppy. Half melted shake, stale fries, lettuce was melted by the burnt chicken tender in my wrap. Not to mention they have attitudes, Very dissatisfied. Called and they said they will replace it the next time I come through, that being said I will give them one last chance.

The Cook Out drive thru is nuts because of Christmas shoppers needing some bacon wraps. Hungry folks need to be a little bit patient and polite. Still no loss of food quality.

Didnt get cajan fries as asked for got reg....and as usual it's always a problem to get barbecue anything at any cookout....under there menu plainly says..barbecue sandwich or barbecue plate which comes with slaw and ff and hushpuppies.....I said barbecue plate...so why do the employee always say....do u want the barbecue sandwich plate......where in the he.. did I mention the word sandwich...I said a barbecue plate...plain and simple..its like they dont listen at all ...dont try to sell me something else....
