Hardee's

I went through the drive through this morning, ordered 2 #1’s, which came up to roughly $17. I asked at the speaker for honey mustard, and she acknowledged it. When I got my food with no honey mustard in my bag, and asked for some, I was told it’s 25 cents, and that it wasn’t on my order. If it was charged when I asked, it would’ve been different, but honestly, if I’m paying 17 dollars for breakfast, which is honestly much more than I usually pay at McDonald’s, I should at least get my sauce. Which I also get, for free, at McDonald’s.

Like most Hardee's I've had good meals and a few meals that weren't the greatest. For Gloucester fast food it's probably one of the better places to pull into. The drive thru folks are pretty nice and the line doesn't take too terribly long. If I can't figure out anything else to get for dinner the chicken tender meal is almost always great! Don't forget the sweet tea!

Waited almost 15 minutes for someone to take my order, more than 5 people saw me, not one bothered to acknowledge me; example "hi, we'll be with you in just a minute" no apology for the 15 minute wait, rude customer service from who I assume was part of management. Sad part, there was 1 customer before me & 2 cars in drivethru. So they weren't super busy.

Ruth the older lady at the drive thru, short, glasses and a long ponytail. She needs to be somewhere else, where she has no customer contact what so ever. Maybe in the back somewhere away from customers. Completely rude and not professional at all. Hardee’s you should really do something about her because this isn’t my first experience with her rudeness!
