In a rainy day, I drove to your store to get a vanilla sweet cream nitro cold brew to refresh my day. But you didn't add the cream...... This is not a big thing but it is extremely extremely extremely annoying. Because you don't wanna drive back in the heavy rain just for the cream. But that's what you came for and ordered! Can you please respect your customers and pay a little more attention, please?!

Literally the best starbucks in the whole entire world. I love the coffee but not as much as I love the workers! They are the sweetest and most amazing staff ever. The store manager is the best and always excited to talk to the customers and get to know them. Will definitely be coming back here for sure!!

This is the best Starbucks and it’s the best because of the people. They are so nice! And a lot of fun. They genuinely seem to like working with each other. I love going in there. They get drinks and food out quickly but still have time to chat with you or make a joke. Love it. One time I was in there and where dancing to a danced a little too. It really made my day.

Last time I came through the drive-thru here it was great, prompt, delightful...this time they weren't even sure they had tea or bagel and had to check, not a big deal. However, I was then handed a very hot cup of tea with no sleeve nor double cupped which made it even more difficult to drink. Nearly spilled on me because lid was not fastened securely. Then had to remind them I ordered a bagel. Not usual level of service.

This is the third time in the past week that I have been to this Starbucks and they messed up my order. I normally don’t write bad reviews but at some point the staff need to be trained on how to make drinks.
I know they are busy, but quality and consistency are the reasons people are willing to pay $6 for a drink.
From now on, I will drive a bit farther to the Starbucks at Gaskins and Mayland.

Showed up at 8:30pm for delicious coffee on Friday evening. Store closes at 9pm. People inside had locked the door, were cleaning up, and shrugged their shoulders when they saw us. Boo. :(
