Inconsistent dining experience, with varying levels of service quality. On certain days, you may encounter issues such as staff delivering the wrong orders and even disposing of them in a rude manner ( Throwing it from the till to the bin ). However, it's important to note that this inconsistency extends to the staff as well, as some days you'll encounter exceptionally courteous and attentive team members. For vegetarians, it's worth mentioning that they use the same grill for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian items (you can see this standing by the till), and a similar approach applies to the deep fryers. This cross-contamination may not align with the preferences and dietary requirements of vegetarian customers but the rice boxes, fries and the mayo tastes great. Avoid the nacho box. I could swear they are the plain salted nachos from Tesco.

I'll strongly suggest this store to all of my friends.I am quite happy with both my order and the service. I had ordered 4* chicken and rice, but when it arrived, it was the wrong order. I called Pepes peri peri to complain, and the manager there, Akshat, was incredibly kind and considerate. He took my feedback to heart and promptly provided the correct order while also complementing me with cake. We are grateful for this and the excellent service you provided. I want to thank Shahan as well for bringing the meal.

Ordered through Uber eats today. I don’t normally leave reviews but I thoroughly enjoyed my meal today. Whoever was in the kitchen around 12/1pm made me the perfect HOT chick n rice. It was well seasoned, very saucy and chicken pieces were tender and good size. They were also very generous to fill the box to the brim. Amazing one of the best I’ve had and I’ve had many chick n rice box from here as it’s my favourite🥹 I hope I get the same consistency for my next order!

Winner winner Chicken Dinner! Feels great heading to city centre, when normal life slowly resumes back, you can’t miss Pepe’s under new management, it is surprisingly better than ever in hear of city centre. Very helpful staffs and order was quick too. The chicken is rather succulent, I would recommend anyone that knows about their chicken To pay a visit to this establishment. The chicken is fabulous I personally would recommend the wings and half chicken with hot sauce. Kids enjoyed their meals, to Overall the food is amazing we had a great dinner off late. Highly recommend and continue to visit again.
