Nero is still one of the most favourite cafes for me. Great coffee, great setting areas, great atmosphere, great sandwiches. I always try the special drinks, and I got gold stamps and many gifts like 3 or 4 additional stamps.

Rude and bad service from the guy at the counter. Prepared my purchase for takeaway even though I asked, twice, to eat in, then went in a huff when I asked for my cake on a plate instead of in a cardboard box. Took it out of the box and …
Popped in for a decaf coffee and a pain aux raisin. They were both very good. The place itself though is dark, dull and depressing. I would get a takeaway but wouldn't bother sitting in again. It has no feel good dactor at all.
Typical caffe nero. Fairly big inside but tables were a bit dirty. The coffee was also a bit diluted.
The staff are very lovely and everything we get from here is always delicious
