Would say 0 stars but not an option. My wife goes through the drive thru orders alot including 1 sugar free latte amoung 4 other drinks and asks which one is the sugar free one because it wasnt labeled and the person it's for is diabetic pretty important to know. Just for asking the question one of the employees calls her a b****. Absolutely infuriating never going back to that location again miserable little children working there with no respect. Hire better people.

Friendly service but it drives me nuts that they put all your Donuts together so they get smashed and stuck together in the bag. To make it worse they never give you napkins without asking.

Just off to a really bad morning. I ordered 25 munchkins for my fiance and I plus a breakfast sandwich, an individual donut and a frozen chocolate.
I got the frozen chocolate and the sandwich, but only got 9 munchkins in a 10 munchkin box (I thought I took a picture before I ate the 2 I liked but apparently didn't so it only shows 7), and didn't get my extra donut.
Just made an already bad day even worse and more disappointing.

I Guess he's a new hire us a good excuse for a messed up order? No apology either? We told them our iced coffee was not right and they refused to fix it in the drive thru.good customer service there guys.heads up,if they don't repeat your order,its never right!

Tried to use a gift card to pay. I had a receipt showing it had $10 on it. I told the barista this when he said the computer said that the card is not supported. He wouldn't let me use it and couldn't tell me what to do about it
So, I payed with my bank card and called about the gift card. The system confirmed it has a $10 balance. I talked to an agent who said she needed to get someone higher up. She transferred me to a recording that said there are no staff on duty and goodbye before it hung up on me. I had never been to Dunkin before, and you won't find me there again. I've never had this kind of disservice at Scooter's. I'll be going back down the street to them. The coffee is better anyway. And, Ray's has the best donuts around.

Dunkin's coffee is absolute trash and isn't worth much more than a liquid laxative.
That being said I'm only leaving this review because this location has wonderful employees and thats becoming rarer amongst fast food interactions.

A dozen donuts is 12. TWELVE. Not 11. Wouldn't complain if the workers weren't rude as hell. Def won't be back to this location. ✌🏽
