Portland Avenue Pizza

Great Pizza. Right up there with any of the best pizzas in the Portland Metro. Great beer/cider selection. Also had their canoli for dessert, which was also so good! Friendly service. Sat outside on a sunny day enjoying the charming street/town where they are located, husband went into a vintage antique shop next door to them after we ordered. On the Trolley Trail so easy to bike or walk here and enjoy.

Gladstone has always been a bit hit or miss for food options, and this part of the metro area can be a quality-food disappointment. If you have ever enjoyed Ken's Artisan Pizza or Apizza Scholls, this is the pizza that they are serving under the radar in Gladstone. They are actively working to expand their floorspace, so check their days and hours first, but the pizza has been excellent on both visits. 9/10. Would recommend! Oh, and there is a great shave ice place right across the street (but it closes early at 7P and isn't open on Mondays or Tuesdays). Go Gladstone!

Edit**They now have chicken! Have been meaning to try this place for a while and I'm so glad I did! Thin crisp crust but still has a tasty little chew to the edges. We had the white pie. I don't eat pork and wish they had a chicken option but still absolutely loved what I got! I'll definitely go back. Oh, can't forget to mention the cannoli, they were great! Still crisp and fresh, so good! Solid choice!

Pear and gorgonzola Salad was awesome, pizza was great and they have toys for the kiddos to keep entertained. Only complaint is they charge 50 cents for a ranch cup, when you spend $28.00 on a pizza, $10.00 on a salad and buy a few beers they could probably cover that like most of the other pizza spots.

If you want warm friendly service, excellent crust and toppings, and a great little selection of local and imported craft beer, this is the perfect place for you! Owners have a lot of attention to detail, and are receptive to input of all kinds. They gave us extra pepperoni on our pizza because the first one wasn't fully covered, we really appreciated the thoughtfulness and the fact that they remembered and brought it up. You guys are going to succeed, and I'm a loyal customer within walking distance, see you again soon!
