Mcdonald's

It’s 11:30 pm and I can almost guarantee that nice woman was working all alone tonight. I never seen anybody else in the store and if it’s true, that woman deserves a raise! Customer service was amazing! Even with multiple cars in the drive thru, she made the food taste better than places w 5 people behind the counter!

The younger dark hair girl who took my order at the first window messed it up. I asked for fresh fries and she gave me old ones. I asked the older lady with blonde short hair for new fries & she had me pull up for fresh ones. She apologized for it not being right the first time & gave me extra fries for the trouble even though it was no trouble at all. I wasn’t upset at all & didn’t mind but she still went out of her way to make sure I was happy. Thank you for being patient and kind & being a great person & employee!

Joey greeted our group of 6 bicyclists with a lot of enthusiasm. He is a lover of bicycles so enjoyed looking at our bikes. He asked us to come back on Tuesday’s or Thursday’s when he works so he can show us his new electric bike. Very pleasant guy, anxious to see his new electric bike. Great job Joey!!!!

i just wanted to write a quick review about my experience each Tuesday morning on my way to work when I stop in. Joey is probably the hardest working guy I have ever seen. He is extremely friendly and outgoing and he even remembers my name each time I come in the store. I am only in the store for about 5 minutes each time, so for him to be able to make time while checking people out to also ask how I am doing.... makes my morning. He is an outstanding employee and one that every McDonald's associate should replicate. He acknowledges every single customer that walks in and never misses a beat. He is a fantastic contribution to the team at McDonald's and he always helps me start my day out right. Promote this guy to General Manager for his positive attitude and his work ethic. Great customer service, food was great.
