Hotduck offers really authentic Chinese/Taiwanese food, and that's coming from an international student who craves a homey taste. Do try the hotpot, especially the Stinky Tofu. God, even try some of their 卤味（braised and refrigerated cold plates）, those are amazingly well-done as well.

Small business that has been open for about a year, they have really good service the food is made fresh, and it is delicious. Definitely worth checking it out.

Great flavor, reasonable prices, nice & clean dining area & very friendly service! I had shrimp fried rice & it was delicious! Some unique menu options & a lot of them were very spicy!

Authentic duck. fried tofu was awesome. kids could not get enough. they thought they were French fries. if you like spicy, this is the place to goto while in Gilbert, Az. hence the name "Hot Duck"
