Cogburn's

We were met at the door by a young lady by the name of jean, she was very sweet set us down got us something to drink in a few minutes to look at what we wanted helped us out with a couple of selections. And they were delicious cooked just the way we like them, a little more on the crispy side. Gene came to check on us a few different times every time asking is there anything else that she could get for us she was very sweet and we would come back just because of her. If you had a spot for 10 Stars, my sister and I believe that she should be the one to get 10 Stars. We only gave three stars to atmosphere, due to the music being so very loud, not only did we have trouble talking across the table, you certainly could not hear the televisions while watching the games. We were the only ones in the dining room area and there was probably 8 to 10 people in the bar area. I know that some restaurants have a rule to keep the music loud or at least during the time there are large crowds of people. It would be nice if it could be or maybe at the very least closed caption on your televisions so that at least you could read what they were saying if you couldn't hear it. All in all the wings were delicious cooked perfectly and Jean was excellent customer service and friendliness will take her far. Lori Barr Gilbert Az

This Cogburn's is on our list of regular places to meet up for food and beer. Lots of choices! Today, my buddy and I met for lunch and to study the scriptures. Yes, Blue Moon and the Bible can go together. I did the Chipotle Chicken Pasta, and he had the wings. The wings have always been good, especially the cajun dry rub, and this pasta dish is very good. We sat near the bar where the regulars gather to watch sports or funny fail videos. Kalysta, our light and fun server, took great care of us. Cogburn's is a rustic, southwest version of Cheers where everybody knows your name.

Wings were awesome. Crispy skin, juicy chicken. Fries were cut in house I do believe. Everything came out hot. Plenty of flavors to choose from....Raspberry chipotle was dank. Server was really nice, attentive but not overbearing, got the order in accurately. I didn't catch her name but she had a septum piercing. She was handling the whole establishment, it was early and kind of slow. Visiting from Charleston, SC so this was a good local spot. I'll come back next time to try more flavors.

Returned to our Thursday wing and game watching spot. Wings are always good. Fries are the best around. Lauren (server) is always helpful and polite, one of the reasons we keep coming back! This is a good neighborhood hang out. Thursday $.79 wings. Good beer selection and good waitress staff. Nothing fancy, but if you need that, go spend 4x this in Scottsdale or even downtown Gilbert. Come here to watch a game, eat, drink, and have a good time.
