Came in to grab a quick bite to eat and the food was great. My order took a bit to come out but the employees told me that my chicken was just dropped into the fryer, so I was more than happy to wait for fresh food. The employees were all happy and helpful. Inside wasn’t very busy but the drive thru picked up a bit and they seemed to handle it well. Great customer service!

So far my experience has been good, not very busy on weekdays but they'll still have you wait for your food after and it could be a little bit of food and it'll still take about 8-10 minutes so keep that in mind. Chicken was burnt last time I came here but every other experience has been good

With how things are looking with our economy and the fact that everyone is hiring and trying to keep things moving this KFC location is doing a great job. I was there this weekend and would recommend this KFC over a few others for sure. The staff working the drive thru was fast, friendly and fresh.

Wow! The $4.99 for 8 hot and spicy wings were so good! I loved them so surprisingly much. They were so crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside and so flavorful with a kick. 🤤 Would highly recommend, and the drive-thru service was quick and friendly. 😋

Good customer service is hard to come by these days and I want to recognize the African American gentleman who was at the drive through window. He was polite, smiled, got my order correct and was fast and efficient. I recommend he get a nice raise.

After seeing the ads on TV for the Mac and cheese chicken bowl I just HAD to try one.
It looks better on TV than it tasted but not bad at all.
It ain't Church's or Popeyes but it hit the spot.

We visited via drive thru today and we had the best customer service experience thanks to Sean. He was so pleasant, personable and very customer service oriented. We were extremely happy with our service from him today and hope his manager gets this feedback. We had to wait a little for some fresh chicken tenders for our family meal but it was so worth it. Food was great and Sean made sure we had it all including our condiments when he brought it out. Very happy with food and service today!

I went to the KFC on Gilbert and Baseline Rd this evening. I had the best experience I ever had here. LITA AND ALVIN WERE AWESOME. Lita was by far the best she made sure we were taken care of and made our visit awesome even though we had to wait for a few. They were running behind but made every customer feel important. They provided excellent customer service even when some customers were upset due to the wait. Keep up the good work.
