We went to the Gilbert location on Friday for food & beer, came back on Saturday for brunch. The staff Austin, Teddy, and a young lady from originally from Kansas with blonde hair (feel bad because we don't remember her name), we're all awesome. Beer was very good and the food was delicious. The Brunch Eggs Benedict with Brisket and Pork with Green Chili and fried egg were the best. Beers never reached empty, food came out quickly! We will definitely go again next time we are in the PHX area.

The Louie’s Brisket on Texas toast was fantastic! The cole slaw was also very good, moist with a little sweatness. Bartender Laura was very attentive and responsive! Loved the live entertainment by Raul Burruel. Can’t wait to go back to catch some more live entertainment, great service, and especially since this location finally has a kitchen!

I recently had the pleasure of attending a friends sons birthday party at Uncle Bears Brewery, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to make the event special for all of our guests. The brewery itself was beautifully decorated and provided the perfect atmosphere for our celebration. The beer selection was fantastic and everyone in our group was able to find something they loved. The food was also delicious and generously portioned. The staff was attentive and made sure that everyone had a great time. But what really set this brewery apart was their willingness to accommodate our needs, they even provided a separate space for children to play and enjoy themselves. Overall, I highly recommend Uncle Bears Brewery for any special occasion or just a casual night out. The staff is friendly and accommodating, especially the general manager, Filippo, and the atmosphere is inviting, and the beer and food are top-notch. I will definitely be returning in the future!

We have frequented Uncle Bears restaurants throughout the East Valley for the last 7 years, but for some reason-this is the first time we’ve tried the Taproom. This place is awesome! They have yard games, arcade games, pinball machines, etc. They have a food truck, and you place your order with the bartender and they will deliver it to your table. They have tables inside and outside. The employees are super nice, and this building is huge so there is room for your entire party! It’s all ages, so bring your family! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
