Outback Steakhouse

Morgan, our waiteess and manager on duty made this a home run evening. My son and I haven't been to a steak house in almost 2 yrs. I had a few small problems, no ones fault. Grill was running a little hot. Morgan took great care of my needs, and the manager blessed me with a compt dish. They were all caring and kind, plus the steak was fabulous. Thank you all . Hope my family and I can come back soon

My husband and I frequent this location quite often due to the wonderful food and amazing customer service! We recently were here for our 31st anniversary celebration and again, we had an amazing evening. Our waitress Kai was phenomenal! We had a few mishaps with our food, which typically does not happen, and she promptly rectified and went above and beyond to make sure we were very satisfied. Then upon hearing of our anniversary, she surprised us with a dessert to share. Thank you and we will be here again to celebrate Christmas!!❤️❤️

Service and food is always great, we usually stop in for lunch but tonight we came in for dinner! Katie gives wonderful service, so sweet and stoped by at the perfect times. We usually see the manager Chris around, it was nice having him stop by our table to introduce himself and chat! The steakhouse Mac n cheese is my favorite I could eat it everyday

We had an early dinner 4-5pm. No wait, service was pleasant and on point. The steak and chicken were tasty. Surprised by how much I enjoyed the chicken. However, my baked potato was warm at best. Lobster tails were very small, but tasted food. Not enough food to fill a grown man as the two tails had about 3 bites of meat for each.

We were helped very quickly and our server was great! He was kind and quick about helping us with whatever we needed without being overheating. Also, the food was absolutely delicious. I love my steaks rare and the chefs nailed it 👌🏽 My husband and I both got large steaks, soups, fries, I got shrimp, we shared a drink, and we left a good tip. The total came out to about $70. It was very reasonably priced for a nicer date night!

I work in Tempe and live in Chandler but I drive to Gilbert because I know good customer service when I receive it. The manager even comes out to curbside pickup to ask was my order correct and say hello. I love Outback truthfully and can eat it anytime but the best customer service that I receive is at Gilbert so I will keep driving past the other 2 restaurants … Jon Taylor

My husband and I stopped in looking for a great steak. Katie was our server. She took great care of us. She even went above and beyond to ask a manager to talk to us when she heard my husband wasn't pleased with his steak. Kelly, the manager, came over to chat with us and offered to make my husband another steak. Which she did, and it was perfect. Kelly really cares about her customer's experience, and it shows.
