Firehouse Subs

The shift manager, Taylor, surprised me- that is my main reason for submitting this review! He’s young, but very professional (dressed and spoken ) , positive attitude and friendly! I felt comfortable talking to him & he helped us with grace & extreme knowledge of his restaurant. I haven’t met a millennial that worked in “fast food” that enjoyed there job, I could tell he is a happy person in general! Big change from the normal miserable, rude 23-27year olds I meet everyday- so Thank You Taylor for a great experience & delicious dinner!!

Sandwiches are always great here, but they always seem to be understaffed and have tons of online orders, after waiting 10 minutes to order 2 Sandwiches (only 1 family ahead of me), it took a little over 30 minutes to get my food. It seemed as if they only had 3 employees, 1 on register, 1 making orders and 1 in back cleaning or something. The 3rd employee was only called up to help make orders when they really seemed to be getting a lot of orders coming in from oneline.. I know the staff there can not control their workload or staffing, but the owner sure could.. But again, the Sandwiches are great, not sure 40+ minute wait good.. one simple suggestion to the owner, add an employee that only puts online orders together and that employee can clean in the back when there are no online orders pending.

One of our favorite places to buy food from when we need a night off is Firehouse. My kids love the meatball sub and flavored sodas. My husband and I are addicted to the Philly Cheese steak. The servers are always nice. It's easy to order online. There have been times that the food is not ready at the time given. I'm sure they are struggling to get workers like the rest of the world.
