Simi's Cafe

The customer service was wonderful, the FOOD… Delectable! This little restaurant is so cute but cozy once you walk in it’s so quaint and cozy for a date night. We got the crab puffs, spicy and regular beef pho, and the pork crunchy spring rolls and listen we stuffed ourselves because we didn’t want to stop eating. The pho broth was so flavorful and savory, and the other foods just as good! Everything is made fresh and you can tell!

Cannot speak highly enough of Simi's. The customer service here is exceptional- our waitress was so kind and went out of her way to check up on us. It was our first time here and we seemed to be the only customers they didn't know- everyone who came in they treated like old friends. The restaurant has an unassuming exterior, but the interior is nice and clean and pleasant. And the food! Fantastic. Portions sizes are crazy and the food is absolutely delicious. My husband got his favorite orange chicken he's ever had! We could have split our entrees. We decided that next time we come we'll split an entree and an appetizer.

We've driven by this location many many times over the last few years. Finally, we decided to visit. We can't believe we've been missing out all along! Someone in our house wasn't feeling well, so we ordered Beef Pho to go for her. I also ended up getting the pho and it was delicious. The broth had an amazing flavor. We also ordered House Pan Fried Noodles...oh my gosh, so good. Next time we will order it with about half the sauce, it was a little much. But it was great! Service was very personal. We felt welcomed and individually cared for. The manager/server made significant effort to come speak with us, make recommendations, and small talk. And it was very much appreciated. Another server noticed that we rode a motorcycle, and made sure our to-go order was packaged up so that we could place it in our backpack without spilling. Small things like that are missing from most other establishments these days.

Wow! Called in a pick up order on a Saturday evening and it was ready in 20 minutes and accurate even with all of our “special request” to meals (ie don’t make Mongolia beef Spicy, sweet and sour sauce on side of chicken). Definitely our new favorite place to order from! Delicious and great customer service

Wow. Every diner in the restaurant seemed to know the staff. Every seat was filled and I received the last open seat in the house without waiting. The service was prompt, and after ordering I only waited a few minutes for my food. I ordered the Chicken Pad Thai (it’s a noodle dish with chicken). Everything was delicious. I had planned on taking half the dish home with me to munch on later but I couldn’t stop and I had to eat the whole thing. I don’t know why I didn’t try this place before!! If you haven’t been to Simis, you have to go. By the end you’ll feel like family.

This place is clean, the staff welcome you right away. Great customer service, they seem like they enjoy working here :) They do dine in and take online orders for Carry out and Delivery.
