I have been to Jack's in Geraldine twice now. I won't be making a return trip. To be fair, I order the chicken strips twice, so I can't speak to other menu options. The strips were small and overcooked. For the price, neither is acceptable.
The employees were friendly and helpful. A restaurant, even fast-food, needs more than that to recommend itself.

Very clean and the staff was very upbeat and on their A game. My only con was I understand that on a Friday at 6pm they are very busy. However, I ordered 4 milkshakes in the drive thru and was told to pull forward and the shakes would be brought out to us. After waiting for 17 min. we were approached by an employee who handed me a shake. She said she accidently poked a hole in the bottom of the cup while making the shake and put the one cup inside of another cup. No big deal right? Not until down the road I was gifted a mouthful of styrofoam pieces that was in my shake.
