My boyfriend just pick up a Crunchwrap for me and it was completely disgusting. It was dripping juices to the point it soaked through the bag and splashed all over the place. When I opened the bag I noticed it had refried beans on it. It wasn’t even fully wrapped in the bread. There was an opening in the middle of it where I could see the ingredients inside. There was no lettuce and the beans, meat, and tomatoes were mixed together in such an unappetizing way. I couldn’t stomach eating it so it’s in the trash. With rising costs, why would customers be expected to pay for this poor quality of food?

I went tonight to get some dinner. After speaking with the two awesome women that was working tonight, what seemed like a bad day had a moment that surely put a smile on my face just by them being nice people. Refreshing to say the least!! Thanks ladies, you're awesome!

food preperation is always acceptable, but usually a little cold and looks like it was put together in a rush. However, unless you have 45 minutes to wait with only 4 people in line, you might not want to go here. I usually am going to a fast food place for consistent food prepared quickly. Went here after picking my wife up on 3 occasions in the last month, 2 were over an hour, one was just under 45 minutes in line, never more than 5 cars ahead of me.

There's nothing wrong with Taco Bell food that's for sure. But my past 5 recent visits to this specific location have been horrible service experiences. Take out Dine in or drive thru every attempt has proven the same results. Dine in/Take out we waited 15 minutes to even get the order taken. Drive thru we place the order only to pay and park every single time. If I didn't love the food it would only get 1 star. But it could be 4 star if service was better

The man taking orders is great but the manager is quite ignorant to customers and her staff alike. she seemed to single the man taking orders out repeatedly berating him when he was the only one I saw doing his job! Maybe she just doesn't like handicap people? On top of that the codes on the box's have all been used

It took close to 20 minutes to get through drive thru. Fries were old and cold. Burritos were good.

This place is terrible! We got in the line at 2:35. We then proceeded to have all the patience in the world, and then the clock turned 3:10. We went inside of the establishment and we proceeded to ask them why was it taking so long. We could understand they were under staffed, but they proceeded to get smart with us. Overall the food was decent but the service was terrible. I really don’t know what took so long, we got a chicken sandwich with Mac and cheese and a Baja blast. There was only 2 cars in front of us.

Pulled up to the drive through at 4:48p.m with 2 cars in front of us. Gave order within one minute of pulling up. Did not get to the window until 5:11. Was then asked what we ordered. Had to repeat it twice. It was a very simple order. 2 Chalupa Boxes with Pepsi. By the time we received our food it was 5:20. 32 minutes is ridiculous when it's not busy at all. I have no idea what was going on with this Taco Bell.
