The cashier was really friendly. The food was just okay and the eating area was not very clean. We ordered dine-in and we were given a buzzer to notify us when our order was ready. After waiting 15 minutes or more, we checked the pickup area and found our food had been sitting there for a while. Since the buzzer didn’t go off and no one called out the name on the order, our food was cold.

We dined in tonight a the Georgetown location and it began with waiting an inordinate amount of time to place our orders. There were MANY employees going in and out of the kitchen area but only one young female assigned to take orders with no one to help her. I got the chicken and avocado BLT which had a thick layer of salad greens and a few thin slices of chicken. There was a very thin slice of avocado on only one side of the sandwich. The two tomato slices were also very thin and not ripe. It’s summer! Why the unripened tomatoes? I took my sandwich back and asked for more avocado, which I received. However, I shouldn’t have to ask to get what I paid for. I was not happy and probably won’t go back.

Restaurant was out of chips. Didn't want apple or baguette. They didn't offer any other options or discount. Steak and cheddar sandwich was badly made. Pickled onions on half in a pile, none on other half. Not enough steak to cover the bread in a single layer. Cheese was barely evident. May have cured me of buying Panera sandwiches.

I never come here, but twice I’ve came in this month with my wife. Both times it’s been dirty. Look under the booths - napkins and crumbs and everything and we come in the morning so it’s not from a busy days worth of work. And then today they’re out of straws? On top of being expensive. Just seems like a poorly run establishment.
