George's Restaurant

George's is your typical family neighborhood restaurant, no waiting to be served, it's a open bar, all you can eat, you serve yourself unless you want something off the menu, the waitresses are very friendly they greet you with a smile and let you seat yourself. Once you are seated, you are asked what is your drink, coffee, tea, lemonade, etc, etc. You go to bar and get your food. Oh before I forget there is a $ 10.00 charge extra if they feel you are wasteful with the food. They have a good variety of food, they serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Prices are very reasonable, if you happen to be in the neighborhood stop by and have a meal. I know you will like it. Well, till the next time, Horace Donnell

Just had a great breakfast there! The food was good with generous portions. Lots of regulars was a hint the food was gonna be good. I think maybe they were understaffed today as there only seemed to be one waiter. We’ll definitely repeat, the buffet was doing lunch and looked great but we were feeling breakfast.

Used to be our favorite and the "go to" spot for us. Maybe yesterday was an off day because we did go in for a late lunch, after 1:00 and so many items were not on the buffet, they were filling them up but not very fast. No friendly greeting from anyone, not even our waitress who seemed very tired. Ice cream machine is down, food taste was ok but no upgrades on decor, outside is looking pretty run down also. Buffet price was around $35 for 3 adults. That includes tea and dessert.
