Good food, though their drive thru was down, so I went in. Not a deal breaker though when you just want some tasty chicken. I noticed it was a bit busy with people waiting an it saw seems they are a bit short staffed at the moment. But after about five minutes after placing my order or so I had a sizable meal ot fresh hot an tasty chicken. All those one stars are probably back when the store was under worse management or something. Give this place a chance if you aren't in an immediate rush an want something with some flavor. :D

If there were an award for stickiest floors in Geneva, the KFC on Randall would win, hands-down. The tables were also pretty gross, and the restrooms were abysmal. My chicken was lukewarm, and the service was not great. There was no sweet tea, and two of the seven drink options were out of order. The mashed potatoes and potato wedges were OK, but with so many options out there, you'd have to be pretty famished (and your car would have to have broken down in the parking lot) to make eating here even close to worth your while. Try somewhere else - you'll certainly be happier than if you'd patronized the Geneva KFC.

Ok. Tasted fine but the soda machine was completely broken (not just one nozzle). There is never anyone in there. I don't know how that place stays in business. (UPDATE) My wife and I just had a bite there tonight and we both commented how it had changed for the better. Cleaner, nicer, just all around better. Must be a new manager.

Customer service is an abomination. Went into the store and stood at the counter for over 5 minutes no one came to take my order (I was the only one in the store) Proceeded to the drive through where someone actually took my order then sat for over 10 minutes without moving before I backed out and left. Seems like KFC / Taco Bell are circling the drain.

I got the Smokey Mountain BBQ tenders deal for $4.99. You get 3 tenders, mashed potatoes and gravy and a biscuit. The tenders were good sized. I really enjoyed my meal and think it was a good value. I caught them at a good time, because sometimes there can be a wait..... Also pictured below is the $5 Box, which is also a good deal, because it comes with a drink and a cookie.

Wow. 30 minutes for food and a lot of angry people. Best Sunday ever! The cashiers lost all the orders and we needed to provide receipts for what we had already paid for to receive our food. Update 2016: Updating from 1 star to 3 because the staff quality and consistency has improved. The chicken is still often soggy and generally not as well cooked as some competitors (see Popeye'). If you're in a pinch for fried chicken give them a shot, otherwise try a competitor in the area.

I recently had the best experience at this establishment. The girl that helped me was so sweet and accommodating, it really brightened my day. Her name was ally which is my sisters name and we had a nice conversation...all while she got my exact order ready before the receipt was even done printing! What a hard working girl! I will definitely be returning!

I came in but there was no chicken dropped. I wanted extra crispy but they only dropped original which the wait was 15 min or so. I was not happy but the Mgr came in to compromise with some crispy wings that he had recently pulled up. They we're ok but you could tell they had been under the heat for awhile. But he at least tried to satisfy a customer.
