Subway

Just came to this location. I’ll give it a one star because the owner is a complete D bag. I simply asked why they didn’t use coupons there and they said because we choose not to. When I asked why he said because it’s America. Rude management. Rude owner. Nasty location. They don’t care about customer service

Well it started off with us having to come inside for a curbside order due to no telephone number being posted on the sign and the app failing us. Also, there were at least 20ish gnat's circling the drink machine. I gave 2 stars because at least the sandwich was good. They may want to fix the gnat issue before their next inspection.

Got new coupons in the mail went to use one today July 1st and they had a little tiny sign on the counter saying no longer taking coupons due to cause a turkey and chicken not good. The big sign should have been on the door before I went in I wouldn't have went in I wouldn't have spent $7 for a 6-in sub when a coupon is 349 half the price so I probably won't be there for be going back

The manager at this location is pretty good about posting that they don't accept the BOGO coupon. I've never had a problem using the others until tonight. I ordered 2 footlongs, one was a new menu item I thought I'd try since I had a coupon for 2 footlongs for $12.99. At the register I try to give the coupon to the team member who proceeds to tell me they don't accept them. I asked why and she said she didn't know that she usually works at the one in Cherryville. There was nothing posted about not accepting coupons.

Wow, I found my all time favorite subway. Mainly because of a girl that works there named Nova. Everytime I come in, I am greeted with a warm smile from her sweet, friendly face. She makes me feel at home! Like grandma in the kitchen! I love her attention to detail and her subs taste better than when anyone else makes them. Now I'm eating there twice a day, 7 days a week. Not gonna stop because of Novas sub making skills !

I've never dined in, but have frequented the facility quite often as a Dasher. I've always been impressed with the response time to having Doordash orders ready to go every time I step foot through the door. After reading some of the reviews on this establishment I will be honest in stating I would probably return once as a customer to give my opinion as a paying customer, but as a Dasher hands down one of the best merchants in all of Gaston county to pick up from.
