I placed an online order and when I arrived it wasn't ready. It wasn't ready because they hadn't even noticed my order, so they said, "it just came through," which was an obvious lie. When I got home the Mozza Meat sandwich was missing, guess what, the mozzarella. I tried to call, but the phone number on the receipt was fake - didn't go to Subway. So I had to drive there for a third time to tell them they made it wrong and that their phone number is wrong. Not only did they not apologize AT ALL, they defended putting no mozzarella on the Mozza Meat sandwich saying I should have added that to my order. Pro tip - you cannot do this. The cheese you can select from does not include mozzarella BECAUSE IT ALREADY GOES ON THE SANDWICH. Their solution after driving all the way back there? They would give me some mozarella LOLOL What a clown show. Again, zero apologies, zero remorse, zero customer service, and in fact BLAMED ME, the customer for their incompetence. Never again.

Door says 9 to 9. At 1pm today 1 of the 2 employees meets me at the door and suggests I go somewhere else, they were closing early today.
Yea, I'll be using my gasoline to go somewhere else from now on.

Staff was friendly and welcoming to the whole family, patient with orders. Food was good.

They cooked the frozen egg patties in the microwave instead of the convection oven, they didn't melt the cheese on the egg, the spinach was old and wilted, and the tea was incredibly weak. The wrap tasted horrendous! I was lucky I didn't get sick!
They also didn't know that if you bring a Subway cup with you then you can get the drink at the price of a refill (which was told to me by other Subway employees).
Coming from someone with ample restaurant experience: these kids need to learn more about the health code, working together, and communication.

Great service jus seemed that the girls that was working were picking up slack from the shift before that left them unprepared, and because of it they was running out of bread and fresh veggies

I do doordash to make a little extra money. I go there to pick up two orders and they didn't receive them. So I said no problem and went to get my phone so I can show them the orders. I show her and she said I would have to pay for two orders, that were already paid for! I kept showing her that they've already been paid and she still refused to make the two orders. Thanks so much.

I mostly eat lunch here. Occasionally dinner as well. They are pretty quick if you're limited on time. Order a 6" or a 12" if you're really hungry. There's plenty of healthy choices. I think it's a good value for the price. 👍👍👍
