Subway

Disastrous. I come in one day on my lunch break and decide to get two sandwiches for my girlfriend and I are in and was met with very bad customer service. The woman there with a long black shirt with the word spicy on the front seemed like she really wanted me to get out the door as soon as I stepped foot in it, while the other gentleman with glasses was calmly trying to prepare my other sandwich. Not only were they out of cucumbers, but much to my chagrin, they only had the round not shredded mozzarella, which forced me to pay extra. Before asking if I needed anything else on my sandwich she had already packed it up(must have been training for the cashiers Olympics presumably) and was ready to continue doing her menial tasks. Oh, and may I also add… while putting on the spices for my sandwich, she dumped roughly a quarter of oregano into the black olives and continued on like it was nothing. After slamming my sandwich by the cash register like Thor's mighty hammer, Mjolnir, I couldn’t believe my eyes as she sped walked past me before asking me anything else so between that and talking 50,000,000 mph, and I was met with an extremely discourteous person also I have to add learn to talk correctly so your customers can understand you. You’ve insulted me and added stress to my life, thanks.

I felt unsafe due to non of the workers wearing masks and other one being aggressive in his desire to get my attention inappropriately. My son felt nervous as he proceeded to name call. The service was quick and the food fresh. They need to consider Covid protocol and professionalism when dealing with customers.

I said the last time I went to this subway I wasn't gonna go back. The subway I went to before going to this one had no lettuce so ended up back here. Got my sandwich but not the cookies that were paid for cuz of useless chatter. The workers are just gossiping if not about their own workplace drama then it's about customers that have just left.
