Order was wrong, food was just ok. Hard to get in and out. Actually they messed up 3 of the 4 items ordered and charged us extra on top of that. Staff very friendly.
This is a combo KFC/ Taco bell. We went to the Taco bell side.

I made a midtake and went to the KFC on Business 70. I'll never go there again. The food was horrible. So on my way home, I stopped at the one on 40/42. It was so clean in there. I walked in and was greeted, and asked if there was something wrong with my order. I told the nice man about my experience at the other store, and was ready to pay for more food. I mean it wasn't their fault. He offered to replace my whole order! Everything was hot and fresh. Hevwentbabove and beyond! I will definitely keep my business to that one location from now on!!! Kudos guys, and Thank You so Much!!!

The service here was ridiculous. I didn't ask for spicy chicken wings and they gave me spicy wings. BBQ sauce on my wings had hot sauce in it. That's not how BBQ sauce should taste. I asked for mashed potatoes as a side for the popcorn nugget combo and biscuit was on the receipt. Need major improvements on listening to orders and customer needs.

Excellenet service. Went into the well cleaned establishment. Ordered to a fella named steven. Really kind, gave me and my friend food very poingantly with no mistakes. Tasted very recently made and we were maken sure that we were taken care of. I have not been to a better kfc

Slow in the past but recent experience was excellent. Was worried being 3rd car in drive thru line as this could be 10 minute wait in the past, but after ordering we had our orders within 5 minutes or less. Accurate order and these KFC chicken sandwiches are thick!
