Mcdonald's

This place has gone straight down the drain. Today, I had a curbside order that literally took 30 min for them to bring out. The drive thru was no better, they parked a guy to bring him a coke!!! I ordered one meal, the double quarter pounder meal, but what they gave me was what looked like a Big Mac with one meat, it had the same sauce or what looked like the same sauce the Big Mac has, and was so disgusting. The box it came in also said Double Quarter Pounder! I’m tired of places that run like this. It all boils down to management.

Went through drive thru. Ordered nuggies and fries for snack. After paying when we tried to collect our order, found out we weren't allowed Dippin sauces AND were charged for ketchup. Luckily the food was good, because the experience at this location was BS. Will not be returning EVER even if it means driving out of my way. Your service team dropped the ball on this one and big.

This location is ALWAYS closing earlier than they are supposed to due to "maintenance". I've experienced this at this location at least 3 times already. So if you are going to go to this location make sure they are open or will be open. Unfortunately, no way to find out since they don't answer their phone either. I called to make sure they were open due to is being Easter. No luck. I guess as they really do say, "Too big to fail".

I can not believe this store took my money and gave me the wrong order. I asked person in the window is this all? She said yes and shut the window.. the car behind me honked and I had to get out the way besides I was in. Rush but I should have checked it. She gave me two bags once I arrived I realized that the order was completely wrong. My coworkers and I did not get to eat. I called to let the manger know she told me she didn't know anything about to call the next day ..she hung up. I called the next and the next following days I didn't get a response at all. You guys made me so mad that I even now threw away the receipt. I cannot believe this place. I will be telling my friends and family about this store and how you guys treated me was beyond . I'll be leaving. Nasty review about this place too if I don't get this complete order fixed...I know what's going to happen.. since I don't have my receipt you guys can't do anything . Lol Great now I went to MCDS website and you guys can allow us to leave a feedback? WOWW!!!

Worst service ever!!! Employees can’t even greet you or say you’re welcome. Girl at the drive thru dropped my card, I told her next time put it on top of the receipt her answer was well you should of gotten it. Then I pull up to get my food and the lid to my drink was open. Zero napkins ! HORRIBLE service

This particular McDonald's restaurant was recently remodeled. I must say it is very clean inside and through drive thru, the employees give you great service and they're always smiling and in Good Moods, and the food seems to taste much better than other locations I have been to. I ordered the Double Quarter Pounder, medium fries and large drink and my fries I requested to be fresh they were excellent! My burger tasted well-seasoned and juicy. This truly is a great location and I don't mind driving a little bit far to it because the food is really delicious and that's because I have a McDonald's right around the corner from where I live and I hardly go there!
