Called from Phoenix to try to place a phone order, the gentleman was super helpful and very professional. All though i didn't get to purchase today. Great service! 👍 all around

I would've have given a five star, but there mic was out for drive through.... they always have something going wrong on our visit there. The ice cream was delicious.

It's worth the wait in line for ice cream 🍨 Glad we're able to get pints or quarts to tide us over until the next visit. Even our Rio was trying to lick the container 🥰

Ordered online, but was told that their computer wasn't working, the person knew what I ordered but didn't wanna make it, and instead made up excuses, very displeased with what Baskin Robbins has come to as their customer service isn't great anymore :/

Worse service ever, no lines and yet it takes two people to ruin one order....it's not hard to scoop ice cream and put it in a cone....and the looks both the employees gave to me for their incompetence...rude.

Desiree the manager started yelling at my lady today over ice cream cake for our son they did not have, my lady politely asked for a refund and desiree continued to yell....why not just give the refund for ice cream they did not have? instead of yelling over the phone....needs to be retrained for customer service or fired?....ice cream are good +5 but customer service -5
