Denny's

Our server has great work ethics. Greeted us and showed us where to be seated. When we placed our orders, it took a while for it come out and informed us why. We could see he cared about the food quality before serving to the customers. Constantly checked in on us for refills and anything else we needed. We wish we knew his name so we could post it on here. For the server that served us today if you see this, please know we appreciate your great service.

So wow my food sucked I wanted cooked well, I got barely cooked and cold Didn't eat my meal, told the server it was awful, no response. Not even the cashier asked about my meal. Truly dreadful waste of $33 plus tip. Later my husband became violently ill and still is vomiting. He only ate there that I didn't eat the same meal for several days before, so I'm wondering. I'm grateful I didn't eat mine! I'm so unhappy about this visit.

Servers at this location need to have sense of urgency. They had 2 tables. We stand at the door for about 5 minutes and they were not busy at all. Finally one came to us and said would be few minutes as they needed to clean tables. We were a group of 7 and instead of cleaning a table to seat the group, they were cleaning small booths and talking to each other having a Norma conversation. One more table that arrived after us walked out before we did. I know these are bud times with the lack of workers but no excuse to such a terrible customer service.

Tired of trying to come to this place to get at least a greeting or even our drink orders. I went up to the servers and asked to get our drink orders with the manager standing there and still nothing!!!! As I was watching to see if anyone would come over the servers and manager continued heckling and giggling, not concerned at all that customers were leaving. It seemed they wanted customers to walk out because they were enjoying their gossip time.
