Galax VA kfc would not provide 8 cups (even with offer to purchase them) with order of two half gallon teas and family meal plus additional items. For one order at the Galax, VA kfc I purchased nearly $60.00 worth of food (family meal) plus additional items including two half gallon teas but when I asked for 8 small paper cups (I even offered to pay for them), the person who took my order told me they could not give me 8 cups even if I paid for them. They give plates and forks but no cups to pour the purchased tea in. Pathetic. I called another kfc at a different location and asked if I purchased two half gallon teas there with a family meal would they provide cups and they said of course they would. Seriously. Will not be doing business with Galax kfc again. Turly pathetic business ethics.

Called over 20 times in between 4-630 pm on this thursday so I could order or see what all they had to order and no one answered a phone none of the times I called and passed few weeks i they are always closed way to early which is useless we need places that are open until atleast 9 or 10 some people with family’s work late!!! And can’t come at 9am in the morning to get dinner for 7pm 🤷🏽‍♂️

Ordered a 12 piece tender meal. An extra 8 pc tender only and a 8 pc crispy chicken. Was asked what kind of sauces I'd like for my tenders, I requested bbq and honey mustard. Guess what I got 3 honey mustard and 2 bbq.....5 sauces for 20 tenders? I spent over $80.00, I think you can be a little more generous with the sauces. Also, pay employees better, maybe you get ones that care to work and you could open the restaurant for walk in service too.
