Captain D's

3rd time eating in this Capitan D's in the last 2 weeks and probably my last. All 3 times the restaurant was dirty. Drink/sauce area, floor and tables. Last week the trash was so full you had to leave it on the tray, while a manager, it appeared was settingand talking. They were out of tea, the guy said "it's brewing". Out of lids, sauce cups and had to wait for a fork. This time, 5 pm on a Thursday, I'm the only one in the restaurant, 4 people standing behind the counter and the drink/sauce area dirty, spilled coke or tea all over the floor. The cook, with a beard, without a beard guard. Workers are loud (hollering) but friendly.

Staff was very friendly and nice. Food was really good. I got the lemon pepper grilled whitefish meal (and for once a place actually cooked it good best I've had) usually other captain ds barely cook it and I'm like is it even cooked all the way. it is fish you need to cook it good. So they did awesome! Woot woot glad we have a good captain ds around here. Seen 1 post about takes a bit in drive thru which did not bother me probably means they are cooking to order like they should with seafood. So I will gladly wait for fresh cooked hot food!

On December 5th 2021 I watched a customer bring a wrong order back to the counter. It was placed in the window for 10 minutes until another customer came looking for an order they did not get at their table. That same order was then given to this customer after it had already been on someone else's table and sitting there for who-knows-how-long. It seemed like the kitchen staff was very unorganized while I waited for 20 minutes for it to go order that had been placed prior to arrival. I would not recommend this restaurant

Our arrival upon this restaurant was fairly late in the evening, around 7. The store itself had no customers inside, and barely a few in the drive-thru, so it was quite silent. We ordered, and it had taken 20 to 25 minutes for our food, granted it was rather delicious. The service was mediocre at best, with decent food. It felt like a 2 year Quarterback taking hold of a team he has never seen before, yet managing. I will be back for another determination, however. So we shall see.

(posting from my boyfriend's gmail) I visited this location tonight with my dad on 9/30/20 around 8:00 PM and the cashier was very pleasant and the lady working in the back preparing food at the window behind the register was VERY sweet, as well. She wished us a wonderful evening (she didn't have to say a word at all) and honestly, that was such a breath of fresh air compared to the day I had. Our food was 100% perfect and it only took them five to ten minutes to prepare our food. Thank you, guys! You both deserve raises. :)
