They've messed up our last 3 to go orders (update, it’s four now). When addressed, the staff is lackadaisical in correcting. Just discovered Pueblo's on Thompson Bridge and will frequent it instead. Just gave them another chance since there is nothing else in the area. Ordered shrimp fajita nachos with shrimp and cheese only, shrimp on the side. Not only did it come covered with peppers and onions, but they were the biggest part of the dish. I picked them out and took a pic. The one by Kroger near exit 24 is much better, will make the extra drive to get good food.

Parking is horrible and food wasn’t much better. Parking lot is not well lit or maintained. Sustained a lot of front end damage to my vehicle driving over what appeared to be a puddle - it was a giant pot hole at least a foot deep filled with water. When I told staff - they laughed. The manager allowed me to hose the mud from my vehicle after our meal revealing several deep scratches. I will not eat here again.

A cut above the typical tex-mex restaurant. Dont let the location deter you. Sparkling clean, attentive staff and hand crafted drinks. The manager took time to talk with us and even gave us a drink sample of what I term an elevated margarita. Delicious! Generous portions speedy service and great prices. By far my favorite Mexican eatery!

I called in an order Monday May 2nd at 6:20 pm. I ordered a small cheese dip no jalapeños, and two chimichanga orders with rice instead of beans and cheese on the rice and no guacamole on one order. I was told it would be 15-20 minutes. I got there at 6:35; I went ahead and paid for it at 6:37 pm. It wasn’t ready at the time. A couple of people came in and out and got their orders almost immediately. The young lady at the bar checked on my order two different times. I waited there until 7:12 pm before my order was finally brought out. A manager never came and apologized for how long the wait was the young lady from the bar was the only one apologizing and saying she wasn’t sure why mine was taking so long. When my order came out I hurried and went to my car and left to get home, we were working on things at the house and had been planning to hurry and eat and work on things outside before dark. As I started going through my bag literally the entire order was wrong. The cheese dip had jalapeños, the chip bags were not even full bags, the chimichangas didn’t have rice with cheese it was full of beans, also one order was supposed to have no guacamole and both had guacamole. I called and told them I waited that long for my food and my entire order was wrong. I only got a sorry from the lady on the phone. She assured me she took all my information and the manager would call me that night. The manager never did. I even gave them the next business day and nothing, so now I’m leaving a review to warn others of this location. I would find somewhere else to eat, they clearly don’t care about making things right with their customers and to keep repeat customers. Sad because there’s nothing much in the area. But no point in going and paying for food that wasn’t what you ordered and paid for.

Worst location to go to. I recommend going to the one on Jesse Jewell Pkwy and let me tell you why. I came to this location because the other one was packed and this one wasn't (I see why now), They didn't clean the table we sat at.. I asked for an Horchata drink that was on the menu and I was told that they never have "Aguas Frescas" so I had to get a coke. Took a while to get our food, and totally forgot my child's meal, I had to reorder it. The cherry coke and coke tasted like it was watered down and the water tasted like sink water. The food had no flavor. I overheard some of the employees talking about husband that is white (they were talking in Spanish). Overall experience was very poor and don't suggest coming here at all, next time I will definitely wait 30+ mins at the other location, better staff, food and experience is subpar.
