Burger King

The positive reviews are from staff and friends and family of staff. Fast food managers often encourage employees to do this. This place is awful. They gave me a burger with both patties so charred they were inedible. I was staying with with a family member at the hospital so I could not come back because the doors lock at 8. I tried to call but they purposely ignore every call. I was extremely soft spoken and polite but the staff is rude regardless. Unless it's someone they know of course. Beware the good reviews. They're fabricated.

I recently went to this Establishment. When I ordered my order was not correct. I tried explaining to the cashier that my order is incorrect and I payed more than I was suppose to. Still not understanding me!! I was patient and trying to explain to the lady at the next window whom was Katrice Bryant. She was very helpful, patient, understanding, and fast. She made sure I received my refund and my food was remade and fresh. With all the chaos that was going on because they were busy she really handled everything so well. Usually you leave fast food places feeling like your the problem because they messed up but no she assured me everything was good and handled everything so well. I think she is a manager or shift leader I’m not sure. I just know I’m happy she helped me that day because that was a bad day for me and I would of hated to see how I would of reacted if she wasn’t there. Thank you Katrice I wish you the best!!!

Line was long, my wife sweetly decided to go inside and order instead. She's been in there 15 minutes and what do I see? 4 burger king employees outside talking, exchanging items in bags, and smoking out front. Will not be returning. EDIT: She returned. Manager just publicly cussed out her employees. Extremely trashy, unprofessional behavior. It's going high schoolers not working, but talking, and yelling at each other. Who puts people like this in service?!

I am only writing this review to alert management that staff is stealing time. I drove up to the drive through this morning and was greeted by a woman stating “Good morning, we’re open but we have nothing ready yet.” Anyways if you look at your sales numbers in the morning this might explain why they are low
