Jimmy John's

This store closes an entire half day early 50 percent of the time I go here. It’s been like this for months. How have they not figured out the problem yet? Be sure to call before coming here. They will literally be closed randomly before 3pm quite often. Update: The area manager did reach out to me to help address my concerns and I appreciate them trying to resolve. The food is still great and one of my favorite quick stops to eat.

Just wanted to say thank you to the woman working the cash register last Monday night. We placed an order online and didn’t realize until I arrived that we’d mistakenly ordered from the wrong location across town. She was so sweet and helped me fix the issue, even offering to call the other location for me so I didn’t need to do it. I was having a really rough day dealing with a death in the family and that act of kindness meant so much. And the food was great as well :)

My office is literally right around the corner from Jimmy John's. I ordered at sandwich at a little after 1. A half hour goes by, no sandwich. We called back, they said, "yours is next to go out". 15 more minutes, no sandwich. We called back, find out the driver hadn't even picked it up yet. I cancelled my order. I understand getting drivers and labor is difficult right now. If you only have one driver, mention it! Please Be honest with your customers. If it is going to be 45min to an hour, tell me. I could have picked up my sandwich. A little curtesy to the customer if you are falling behind. I'm reluctant to order from them again.

Walked in today and the dude literally yelled at me about what they were out of. I waved my hand for him to stop yelling as I was leaving. The young girl laughed out loud cause I was leaving. Who wants to be yelled at as soon as they enter an establishment. I got yelled at and laughed at and I didn't even buy anything. Great customer service skills.

You can eat inside and even though they do not have the option to toast the sandwiches, their sandwiches are very tasty and good. They have a great crew working together, and they are friendly. They do a very good job making the sandwiches and they pay attention to the orders. They have good, affordable choices and it is easy to pick sandwiches without things that you do not want on them. I highly recommend them.
