Nice atmosphere, staff is very pleasant, service is decently quick. Imo some of the stuff is a bit overpriced lately. Eggs came over easy, not over medium, but it was still good. Burger meat was very soft. Pancakes and waffles are very good (coming from someone who doesn't fancy pancakes). Not too crowded either :)

This is my second review: The food is terrific and the servers are sweet! Really nice ladies I will eat here again. Hey I just had a super Meat Lovers Omelette and the Biscuit and Gravy is Amazing. Coffee was very good. Better than I expected. This is my third visit!! The Monte Cisco is Fantastic! Great service as always. Come enjoy a great meal.

We have been here before this particular visit - the service was bad, but the food is good. We had faith in the food. The terrible/rude service we could live with, so that was fine, as long as the food was good. Service: We were told to seat ourselves (perfectly fine, that's whatever.) We wait for a little bit. No server. Someone else picks the booth next to us and they get waited on first (weird, but they seemed to be regulars, so I didn't mind that much.) At this point I'm like, okay, I expected bad service, and this seems to be on par for the course. We ordered catfish with a side of grits, under the impression that the hot, crispy, fried catfish would NOT be swimming in cold, greasy grits. I've included a photo because I was honestly baffled by it. They did a perfectly good job with frying the fish... and then they dump it in the grits, served in a shallow plate where everything is slopping about. If it had hair on it, it wouldn't look any more unappetizing - it was already pretty bad. Moving on, we also ordered some hotcakes - it came with two sausage patties, bacon, and eggs. Sausage patties were decent. The bacon... was cold and rubbery. There's not much one can do to make bacon bad, but they excelled in that regard. Eggs were eggs. Not much to note. They were over-easy like I asked for. The hotcakes were slightly undercooked. I saw some other hotcakes come out, which made me want to get them, and when I got what they gave me, it was just like "oh, okay". They came with little tubs of butter. It was okay. Not great. Not good. Just... okay. Our server, aside from giving us cold slop, didn't stop by at any point to ask how we were doing. Fine. Whatever. The food, quite frankly, wasn't worth much, and we just wanted to leave. Bad service, bad food, whatever. We just wanted to go home and reflect on the poor financial decision of going here to eat. So we ask for to-go boxes. And we receive two. Both were broken, with a tear at the bottom. So, at this point, everything just plain sucks. I'm just gonna pay for our stuff and leave. The lady at the register asks how everything was, and I just... don't really have the energy for it, and I just give her a polite smile and not say anything, because it wasn't going to be anything nice, and I had the feeling that if I did say something, that it was just going to my fault for some reason, and it turns out, it *is* my fault for being particular about "my food touching" and that I should have asked for it in a specific way, because I was apparently stupid for not expecting something fried to be served submerged in something else. I did not want to get into it, but she wanted to know. Okay! I tell them about the to-go boxes too. She points over and reveals to me their stack of to-go boxes that are ALL broken. TL;DR: Can't have good service, can't have good food, can't even have the good grace of having my complaints received in a kind, professional manner, because oh, it's my fault, and oh, stuff's broken but they're still gonna use it. I would recommend this place if you feel like wasting your hard-earned money and being treated like the fussy idiot that you're not.

Watery spinach and feta omelet. Cold gravy on biscuit. Toast was lightly toasted to the normal color of the bread. Building was cold. Waitress had to be new because she has much to learn. Portions were generous. Price was reasonable. Breakfast served all day. I think I just hit an off day. Would give a second chance.

This place is the place to go if you want to get your down home family feels. Also, you will be stuffed by the time you finish. The portions are huge and the price for that food is that of the good ol' days. The atmosphere is ethnic, casual and family like. My wife and I enjoy eating there regularly.
