Best Dunkin Donuts I've been to! Clean, quiet, spacious. Staff here is excellent! It shows they care about this establishment. They are happy, have a great attitude, and give an excellent customer experience. Went in this morning for munchkins and the lady who took our order was such a delight! My son liked her a lot too. Keep up the great work guys! 100% recommend

I go to this Dunkin pretty much every day. This is my go to place for coffee. I have food issues and every time I have a weird order they fix it right up for me and make sure it is rite before I leave that building. Lol There are three guys and a girl in the mid morning to late afternoon that see my car now and already have my drink ready when I walk in the door. They are the sweetest people and take great care of their customers. I just want to tell them Thank You!

This was my first stop when I got into town. Lu fortunately after the first visit the service has been subpar. It’s always a gamble to order your coffee. Anything other than straight black coffee will most likely result in the drink having to be remade. We gave our order and due to my allergies I have to be sure they don’t add milk. Ordered large hot Carmel Mach with Oatmilk. Pretty simple right?! First coffee we received was iced, second we received had milk, third one had no Carmel! How do you mess it up three times? If dunkin would create a better culture of customer service they’d be way better than Starbucks. Just saying

This location needs more help!! Poor young man was all alone trying to keep up with drive thru and inside customers! He did an awesome job!! Well worth the wait.. place was immaculate and he was super polite and tried extremely hard to keep all customers happy! Would have given 5 stars except for owner and or manager needs to make sure that they have more help...Gotta give the young man today a LIT of credit he held it together.. awesome job 👍👍

KEON provides the best service. He is completely organized. I called ahead to let him know I needed a number of gift cards for a certain amount each. He told me to say gift cards at the drive through order kiosk so he could have them ready quickly which he did. And he has an awesome sense of humor and whistles while he works. 🙂
