Eggspectation

Hands down best breakfast place I have ever been to. I've tried a couple things in here, and none have disappointed, but the eggs Benedicts blow it out of the park everytime. Best ones in my opinion are the short braised ribs and the bayou Benedicts. This is one of two places I've ever been to that could actually do a Benedict correctly, and they consistently ace it. They also freshly squeezed juice which is really good too.

We recently had the pleasure of dining at Eggspectation for lunch, and I must say it was a delightful experience from start to finish. We began our meal with the mouthwatering blackened ahi tuna nacho as a starter, and it was simply delicious. The combination of flavors and textures was a true delight for our taste buds. For our main course, we opted for the breakfast tacos, and we were not disappointed. The plate arrived with three tantalizing tacos: one filled with applewood smoked bacon, another with Fontanini sausage, and the third with ground chorizo. Each taco was wrapped in a soft flour tortilla and generously stuffed with Lyonnaise styled potatoes, fluffy scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese, creamy avocado, house-made to perfection Pico de Gallo, and a zesty cilantro lime aioli. The flavors melded together beautifully, creating a truly satisfying and flavorful meal. Beyond the exceptional food, the staff at Eggspectation deserves special recognition. They were courteous, attentive, and extremely polite throughout our visit. Their warm and friendly service added an extra layer of enjoyment to our dining experience. It was evident that they genuinely cared about our satisfaction and went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable time. My experience at Eggspectation for lunch was outstanding. The delightful blackened ahi tuna nacho, the delectable breakfast tacos bursting with flavors, and the exceptional service from the courteous and polite staff all contributed to a truly memorable dining experience. I would highly recommend Eggspectation to anyone looking for a delicious meal and a welcoming atmosphere.

1st time here, and it turned out to be more than I egg-spected! (sorry for that but I had to). Visited here the week of October 5th, and had one of their tremendous omelets from a menu that has a substantial offering. I really like the atmosphere as it felt comfortable and quaint as well as aesthetically pleasing. The staff was quick to seat my party of two, and we were treated kindly and professionally by our server. The food arrived in ample time and I must tell you the omelette I had was one of the best I've ever eaten. It was served hot and the portion was very generous. It also came with my choice of a type of toast, and I chose french toast which turned out to be an excellent option because it was extremely tasty and perfectly made. the restaurant is very clean and in a pretty good location for accessibility. Overall, it was a very good experience, and I will absolutely return and try more of their menu items. This one is worth the visit!

It is always nice to be back where you're treated well, where there's a good atmosphere and the food is delicious. This time, Luis, our server, impressed us, taking our orders (4 people) without taking any notes. What a memory! Great job, Luis! Fortunately, we went early enough to get a table on a Mother's Day Sunday.

This place can be hit or miss depending on the dish you order. The burrito I got was amazing, very fulfilling and delicious. Came with a tomato-based sauce that was very good. The lamb hash on the other hand was good, but seemed like such a small amount. The food can be pricey so not exactly "bang for your buck". It's a place for the occasional breakfast craving.. I did a pickup order so can't speak to the service. Picking up was simple.
