Wings Etc

I was told this restaurant offers good wings, but was very skeptical. Monday 69¢ special is undeniably best time to visit. I've tried the mac & cheese, which is good. Had the tater tots, was not satisfactory at all. Now the best part, Wings! A wings restaurant isn't a wings restaurant if it's not good. This restaurant is a perfect 5 out of 5 stars just on wings alone... however side items is what made me think about changing the rating to a 4 star. Definitely recommend if you're in the mood for wings!

The wing spot we intended on visiting closed down so we went here to see what they were bout. I'm glad to say there we ended up in a very clean place with great vibes, multiple sporting games on, and amazing food. The wings were cooked to perfection and they had a nice amount of sauces to choose from. The waitress was very attentive and friendly also. Great job yall

Great wings and burgers. Meat on burger is especially good. Quality, seasoning and cook is on point. Wait staff is courteous and professional. John was awesome...giving exceptional service. Kitchen staff getting settled in. A little confusion about our order. It was quickly corrected. Manager was very attentive and helped John. Tonight I had the "create your own" burger. Bacon and bleu cheese added. Iceburg lettuce leaves were fresh and crisp. Tomato was full of flavor. But the meat was truly exceptional. High quality, very freshly ground meat was super. Wings were better than other wings that we've had locally. We will definitely be back!

This was a difficult rating for me to give because I really love the boneless wings here but I believe it to be fair. We frequently order take out but this was our first sit in visit. It was a $0.69 boneless wing day so that is a positive, and the wings were delicious as usual. I also had fries with Cajun seasoning which were very good. The wife had fish which she enjoyed but the cole slaw was missing something which made it somewhat bland. The pretzel appetizers were also very good. So the food side of our visit was a net positive. What brought me to the 3 star decision was the service. Our server interaction wasn't the issue it was the pacing. This was a slow week night, not many people in the place. We were seated and our server got our drinks, we were still pondering our order so she gave us a "minute" to look over the menu. 25 min later she came to take our order. Then it took a while to get our food, refills and check. The time intervals between each interaction were just too long, especially for a slow night. I wouldn't let this one experience deter me from returning, the food is too good. It might have just been a bad night and we all have those. Everyone should give this place a try, just be patient!

We got a 16 piece boneless wings and was able to get three different flavors. The Jerk BBQ was awesome as was the parmesan garlic. The honey mustard was more of a BBQ sauce, not a dressing. That meaning it was a little spicy for my wife. We also ordered the loaded fries. Almost $7 for a half handful of fries, cheese and bacon. Would have scored more stars if there was better customer service. I'll give you it was busy in there but the kid (looked like a teenage Sideshow Bob) was taking orders, and seating people while other employees were just standing around. When our order was placed, they only submitted 16 boneless wings so there was no sauce on any so another employee got that straightened out.

Good food, atmosphere and good waitresses but the girl that seats the guests were nowhere to be found. A waitress had to actually go get her from the back. She came out and grabbed our silverware from the eating ends and escorted us to our table. Nice restaurant. Staff needs training on proper edicate and handling food utensils.
