Mcdonald's

The cashier was good but I asked for my food fresh to dine in.. told them I didn't mind waiting... food was still cold. But its the holidays & I'm mentally tired. The only reason I didn't get with management is because my son was hungry. Hell the only reason I even go to that McDonald's is because my kid wanted it & it close to my house. I wish I could give this place zero stars because they consistently suck!! But the only reason they got 1 star is because the dine in area was clean & the older lady cashier was sweet.

My order for a double cheeseburger with ketchup, mustard, pickles and onions was wrong. Had no cheese, no onion, no mustard. It had ketchup and pickles but there was barely any on it. I ordered the combo and was told that a drink didn't come with the combo so they made us pay for a small drink, which is ridiculous. My burger was not wrapped properly and was pretty much out of the wrap in the bag. I don't know why all the McDonald's in the Gadsden area are garbage. All except the one near the mall. That's the only location I've had a positive experience with.

Kinda annoyed I had to pay for a cup of ice… 😐🙄 I’ve never had to ever pay for ice only at any fast food place I’ve ever been to until today. lol.. And it must be a new thing too because I’ve got many cups of ice from here free of charge. Ugh. Other than that this McDonald’s is alright. Not terrible and not exceptional by any means.

Rude service, large fries half full and scattered on the tray, out of ketchup, which exploded everywhere including on me when trying to dispense, two sweet tea containers; one was not sweetened at all and the other one was bitter, no sanitizing wipes at playground door. The thing is there was only one other customer inside and only two of us and although there were many employees no one was concerned about the dining area or us. Big Mac was okay, milkshake was good, food lukewarm, not hot..especially the fries. Very disappointed. If I was the owner of this franchise, there definitely would be cause for concern. We love McDonald's, but we will not return to this one 🤔

If you cut your sweet tea with enough of their unsweet tea then you'll realize they actually have the best tasting tea around. The coffee was perfect and made exactly as I requested.. I was told by local family this was the worst McDonald's in town. BUT The morning staff was on point both days that I showed up! yes, I went out of the way to go back to second day for coffee..

Most horrible McDonald's experience ever. None of the kiosks were working in the lobby. The drink machines are shut down with the sign indicating old covid rules. The bathroom was completely filthy including the sink. The automatic hand sanitizer dispenser on the wall was empty. I made a order for an item that has to be eaten with a fork and did not receive one. Whenever I ask for a fork I was told that the restaurant didn't have any. The food item I received had grease all over the bag and all over the container. The floor in the food preparation area was completely filthy. There's a display at the front of samples of pastries This item was very much unkept and looked filthy also. I will only return if I want to get sick.
