I wasn't pleased .I bought a BLT salad and had one small piece of bacon in it the lettuce and chopped tomatoes was the salad with little to no cheese. Two small cups of salad dressing which one wasn't even 1/2 filled . This is the second time I've experienced this at Jack's in East Gadsden. The one on Rainbow drive I had plenty of bacon plus more than enough cups of Ranch . Kuddos to RBC Jack's

Food was fresh and juicy!! Staff was friendly and helpful! My peach 🍑 milkshake was midway full and was more like ice cream that's why i took a star away but overall a wonderful dine in experience!

Hash browns were one big stuck together cold grease ball. Will never eat anything from the place anymore. Just made me sick. Who would give you garbage like that.

For was good as usual but service sucked in the drive thru. On this day. Drive thru person has a bad attitude, snatched my card out my hand and gave me andy wife dirty looks

My order was wrong after we discussed it multiple time's. I was a loyal customer for years this is by far the worst location

Usually they are very nice. But today I ordered 2 biscuits and gravy, told her I wanted jelly she did ask how many, but I said it didn't matter cause I thought she'd at least give me2 per biscuit well she only gave me and my husband one a piece. So I ask please have 2 more, she proceeded to say I thought she said it didn't matter outloud so I could hear it I just thought that was a little rude

Timing on getting my food was fast. The only problem I had was they didn't put enough seasoning on the fires. The seasoning on the fires is why I go there and their sweet tea is actually sweet.

I’ve been to jacks so many times it’s crazy but this is the ONLY location I’ve come to that I have always loved! They hardly ever get the food wrong it’s always fresh and I am in love with the employees they are absolutely great. Id make an hour and half drive just to come to this location
