Jerry's

Sort of a confusing review. We went a few times throughout the quarantine and the food got better and better--when the new owners started they didn't have many (if any) employees and were running it by themselves. The service was bad and the food was poor. Since then they have hired staff and the food was delicious as usual and it was super easy to place an order. Sadly I think this location might be closed as I went at around 2 PM on a Tuesday this week and they were closed. No hours on the door, no closed sign put up. All the lights and neon sign were off and the drink fridge was empty. If they didn't go out of business then it's just super unprofessional of them to do a total shutdown in the middle of the day. This location has had problems with closing like anywhere from 1 to 5 hours early randomly but it seems like they really closed down.

Love their pizza. Steaks are great at Jerry's, but with a family of seven we rarely splurge on them. Killer fries too, but ditto on to many people. We cannot beat the Monday pizza special: $5.99 per cheese pizza ($2 extra per topping). Makes dinner for 7 of us (1 cheese, 1 pepperoni pie) come out to less than $15, with leftovers for lunches the next day.

Great place, and I love the food! I also like how this particular Jerry’s put importance on the little things - for instance, a sticker on your box that says ‘thank you for your business’ and it’s also labeled with the sub type. I was also impressed at how lovely my sub looked neatly prepped in the takeout box. I had never seen a sub look so nice! Looking forward to going again!

TERRIBLE customer service. HORRIBLE food!!! Their chicken sandwich cost you $9.00 and it tastes awful!!! The cashier there name is Phil and he is rude and loud!! We went in there and just when I was ordering from one chicken kind to another with in seconds he started to shake his head. He is VERY RUDE and terrible then he started yelling at us and throw us out of the restaurant. If there was a review of zero and below I would give it to them. We ate there long a go and promised myself not to go there again but we forgot and did it again. Also they are not sanitary at all in their kitchen. Very nice neighbor hood and lots of other food around. Save yourself some peace of mind and make a better choice!

An average place at best. I have gone to this Jerry's location just a few times per year, despite being nearby during the week. I tried it again last week since it is apparently under new ownership, but I was not impressed and probably won't be back for a while. I tried to order an item that was advertised on Facebook, but was told they didn't have the item and have never even heard of it. I ended up getting a chicken cheesesteak sub instead, which was okay, but was not as good as the last couple of times I had ordered when it was under prior management, so I was not impressed to say the least.
