Stopped by on a Saturday evening (9/30/23) for some their caramel apple ice cream (yum!) And the young lady that was working had a line of customers. She greeted us, helped the customers ahead of us and ourselves with a great attitude. I want her supervisor to know she provided fantastic customer service. Only regret I have is I didn't get her name as she had 3 more customers after us. I hope they see this and give her some much deserved praise.

Great service. Young guys, so don't expect too much, but servers were polite an tended everyone that entered. Was able to get my order. First time coming in here and were able to do custom order for me. Was great. These places are a but pricey, but due to overhead and quality in product. Should not deserve less starts because of price. Open till 11pm.

Fun experience the nice lady behind the counter explained how it worked because it was my first time there and the ice cream tastes great. I think it was french vanilla with chocolate chip, cookie dough, fudge, and carmel. She was nice and I enjoyed it. Will definitely go back. :)

came in at about 9-10 minutes before the store closed with my girlfriend and the employees were significantly nicer than they needed to be while assisting us

Only leaving 5 stars for Wendi with an "I" because I love her! She went above and beyond making sure my "I Love It" cup was just right.

Looooove it! I got the mint chocolate chip and there was brownie in it also. Pretty delightful. The ice sculpture workers I like to call them were very kind despite the store being super busy. The line was spread across the entire back wall to the door. Good work. Thank you.

Mmmm Mmmm Good. I got a pineapple blueberry smoothie.oh my gosh it was super good. What a treat. I also got "The founders favorite" to go. This was also super delicious and tasty, full of brownie and pecans with a caramel and hot fudge drizzle. So decadent. So worth it. What a treat.

Who could refuse a stone cold ice cream from cold stone. I love the featured creations but also love creating my own which the staff are happy to do . Great choice of cones and baskets to choose from also. The staff are always so patients. The only concern I have is staff safety. Last time I was in cold stones in Fullerton there was only one girl they're quite young and finding it hard to cope on her own as we were leaving a group of guys who seemed a little high and raucous enter the premises and she didn't look too happy. My husband and I hung around outside for a while to make sure she was ok. Feel there should always be two people present in that shop

What can you say about Coldstone?? Delicious!! So many flavors, add in a, and choices. Staff was very friendly and courteous at this store.
