1hr 40min delivery, for the order to have items on sandwiches that wasn't requested. Waste of 40quid, eating 40 pound coins would have been more satisfying. Joke of a restaurant

Sunday, went in to treat myself and hubby. May was on her own making loads of sandwiches. She still changed her gloves because I had vege and was really polite and friendly. If I was hiring, I'd have headhunted her for great customer service. Usually a good subway. Extra points for a great staff member 😊 …

Staff are ignorant and useless!! Don't make orders right as to distracted talking to anyone else other than who they are serving. 2 days on the bounce I won't be returning unless its to egg the staff

Slowest service ever today. 40 minutes to get served... with only 5 people in front of us. Only 2 people working one was clearly new and had no clue what was going on and both incredibly slow and both teenagers. It is extremely frustrating …
