What’s started as a normal regular night, ended so sweetly Jeremiah working the night shift drive thru was such a pleasure to encounter he was patient and kind, thorough and an exemplary employee. I wish I had cash to tip that young man I hope the manager sees this and is able to commend him on doing such a fantastic job even when the line was long he treated us like we were the only customers there. The person taking the orders was also very kind, it was very refreshing to encounter such a nice group of young men and women.

Everyone was friendly! I want to put that out there first. But, I ordered on the self-serve screen and then got told about the freeze machine not working lol. Who hasn't heard that...freeze machine or ice cream machine down. No biggie though and they refunded the cost. Then i got home and realized they only put the cheese in the bag for the nachos, no chips lol. I think they were just off on this visit...the fact that they were friendly and the inside was super clean...I'm not even upset by the mix up.

If I could rate them 0 stars I would, I have on several occasions received the wrong order here, and on the off chance they give me the correct order it’s completely filled with lettuce! They have horrible customer service and the food is terrible I guess the jokes on me for giving them so many chances to get their act together, I’d literally rather lose a kidney than come back here hopefully they close down soon and are replaced by a store that cares about the services they provide customers!👎
