Their food is really good if you can get it fresh. Try the fresh Tenders or fish. As a side item, Dirty rice is awesome. . ! Its a better tender place compare to Canes or Chicken Express. Mr. Dale, what do you expect ? It's inside a gas station. They have hard time keeping it clean because of the constant gas station customers ! If you have problem with the restroom just use the "Drive Through" . . ! :-/

After leaving church, I decided to stop by to grab something quick before heading home. I always eat at Golden Chic, I love the food. But this particular one i will never stop at again. Customer service was crappy! Asked for manager he was crappy! I should have been the one rude after waiting almost ten minutes with one car in front of me to be treated so poorly. I requested a refund asked for corporate number and was still treated poorly. I asked the manager what happened to customer service? They were rude the employee and the manager! But never again will I stop here! Didn't want to give a star but it's the only way I could post😕

Usually love Golden Chick, but the service at this location is far worse than any other location I've been to. I've had more than a few sub par experiences but the last time the girl behind the counter couldnt manage to break eye contact with her phone long enough to acknowledge my existence much less take an order. I wish I was kidding. I stood there at the counter for 3 minutes straight about 7 feet away from her, just to see if she would start paying attention. Nope. Can't imagine that level of care doesn't extend to the kitchen as well. Give this one a hard pass.

I here all the and the roast chicken is something I always have to wait on so this time I ordered before I left the house...still had to wait forever but that was ok since I knew it was fresh. However when I got to my friends house there was ao much grease the bottom fell out of the box. To complete the problem the chicken was under cooked

This Golden Chick is inside a fuel station at the corner of Preston Rd and Lebanon in Frisco, TX. My son takes karate nearby and has to stop and get Golden Chick rolls! That's all he will eat and boy does he love them! I have had their mashed potatoes, Mac and Cheese (which I didn't care for), fried okra and the rolls. The one thing I didn't like was a personal preference thing about mac and cheese. Everything was fresh and hot and hit the spot!
