Went in this morning and got a coffee and sandwich and when I tell you Lori has the best customer service and up beat personality. Go see her she is awesome and my coffee and sandwich was amazing. Thank you Lori.

Staff always seems a little confused. I've gone thru the drive thru twice recently while the one closer to my house is getting remodeled. Both times I've ordered on the app and my order has been wrong.

I have gone to this location at least four time I the month of December. They are either out of everything that you want or the mess your Order up completely. I have gotten cold coffee twice. The wrong sandwich once. They have been completely out of almost everything. And to top it off I tell her about all the problems and she responds. If I do t like this Starbucks I can go to another one. Per Angelina This is by far the worst Starbucks I have ever been to.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations. Service and speed for mobile has improved over the years. Parking is not always the best, but the people are usually nice. It's always nice to see smiling baristas.
Inside the store, it's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!

The line moved super quick. Great coffee. Joseph was very friendly and everyone in our car loved the Mario pins on his apron.

Always a good experience when I come here. They are fast even with an overwhelming number of guests. Drinks and food are always correct and the staff is very pleasant.
Still frequent this place. Got a nice little note on my bag today. 💚

Normally Starbucks is consistent, take it or leave it from a quality perspective. This particular location has consistently forgotten orders, made wrong drinks, and always seems overwhelmed. This last time, I was one of three people, and they lost my order.
I think management needs to step in and provide more training to support their staff.

M-F we stop at this location before heading to school. At all hours, from 645am - 810am. The drinks are usually really good and made correctly. On occassion we get a wrong drink or it just tastes terrible! I really wish they would have the cold drink and hot drink personal know how to make drinks. When a sweet drink refresher is supposed to be sweet and it tastes bitter, thats not a good day.
