Taking forever to take our order because the other worker(the lady I think she’s indian)is only focusing on her phone.

This review is for location inside stonebriar mall. The gelato is not great and it is very expensive. I tried the lemon and it had the consistency of shaved iced and was very bitter. The dulce the leche was not creamy and was laking taste. I do not recommend.

I would give zero star if there is one cuz there is no service and not provided napkin and extra spoon when I asked

This Gelato Cafe is located right next to the food court at the mall adjacent to the carousel. It's a great location as you take your child or grandchild on the Merry-Go-Round they see the beautiful colors of the gelato advertisement. I've had several flavors and everyone tasted delicious. They also make some great smoothies.

Ordered an Espresso Frappe at Paciugo @ Legacy Shops (Plano) where I was told it contains up to 4 scoops of ice cream. Disappointing that at Stonebriar Shops (Frisco) they said it contained only 3. It was really thin, not good at all. I will not return to this Shop, I prefer to drive into Plano for a much pleasant experience with my order.

Very very rude people, the manager she has no clue what customer service is. I told her that my drink is so bad I can’t even taste it and she is like sorry deal with it , NO B .
Going to call Nutella to identify there permits and license, they are selling cheap ice cream under Nutella’s name or the container is expired.

Young lady couldn’t make me a smoothie due to being 8:32pm. She said she was “prepping to close” yet she was on her phone sitting down when I showed up. I get the point, but not when you’re sitting and watching Netflix on the job.

I think it has been a long week for the folks here.
The gelatos flavors were cross mixed. The Preston shop favorite mint chocolate chip has the right amount of chips this was mostly mint gelato. Sad. Such a good name.
