Ordered two Quesadillos at drive thru Herndon and Marks location. Both were extremely burnt on both sides.

99 and ave 12 location sucks. They cant get an order right to save their life! Always have to circle back after checking order and get what they forgot. And then they always try and charge multiples when you order 1 of an item. Employee attitude sucks too. Done with this location.

I made an online order before getting to this location. The drive through was filled so I parked and walked in to pick up mr order. I should've stayed on the car and gone through the drive through because they took like 20 minutes, with multiple employees asking if I'd been helped, and hearing my name multiple times being said in the kitchen area. My order was 1 crunchy taco and 3 cheesy bean & rice burritos (value menu). I came here once before and I remember it being similar. I'm making a mental note to never return to this location again. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.

One again both this taco bell and the one on Shaw forgets a main item that I ordered it's getting annoying. Which it's a quesdilla everytime they forget for that item make sure its there because it's alway at the bottom, I never had so many times this happen until recently.

The ladies who work here... actually everyone who has ever taken my order and works the drive thru are some of the NICEST, KINDEST, MOST PROFESSIONAL individuals!

They won't label their wrappers. And the bean burrito I ordered was 4-3/4" long. Literally the size of a grocery store frozen burrito. Thank you Taco bell. You're the best!

Service was fast and it was okay food. As anyone would say, it's not food that is recommended but boy does it taste good after a few.
