Burger King

This is the second time my food is burned 2 days in a row tast like oil hasn't been changed I called the store. Asking to speak to the manager regarding the food and an employee gave an attitude and refusing to put manager on the phone so I told them I was calling copret manager called back and said he will make sure the change the dirty oil at night oil should be changed every night imagine how many people can get sick need better staff and manager this place should be shut down

There really should be a ZERO Star option! I made a mobile order at home. Went to pick up order through drive thru, intercom is down (been down for months now - NEEDS TO BE FIXED), went to window, no one there, waited for a long period, tapped on window, no answer, honked my horn, no answer, gave up at the window, drove to front lobby, checked hours & restaurant should be open, but door is still locked. Their appears to be an employee vehicle (her goldish station wagon subura) out front. Left to doctor’s appointment out of town disappointed & without food! Called the following morning about the issue. The manager who picked up asked if I had sent to wrong store, I said “No”, and I preceded to give her location. She scoffed with a classic “I don’t know then. I was the closing manager.” Yet, it’s 8am and she’s back at the restaurant working a morning. Not saying it’s impossible, but she just seems off. This Burger King is a very short walking distance from my home. I frequent this BK. This was not the first time I’ve pulled up to drive-thru window & was greeted by NO ONE! Waited, for over 5 minutes at a time! Last time, thankfully, I didn’t leave the parking lot & waited to see if other cars would pull up to drive thru & when they did, I piggybacked along & got help the second go round. It’s ridiculous! I shouldn’t have to go to this length to get food that was prepaid & pre ordered to help make the drive thru & ordering process hassle free for myself & the establishment! I normally won’t go out if my way to leave a lengthy negative review as such but her demeanor, her lack of care & her unwillingness to rectify the matter was infuriating! If you live in this neighborhood & frequent this establishment, you can already take a wild guess who she is! And based on the other reviewers, one thing she can get a 5 star on is being consistent, CONSISTENTLY RUDE! I’ve had the eye rolls when I’ve asked for extra ketchups & yet I remain respectful, departing with a “Thank you so much. Have a wonderful day.” But at this point, enough is enough! Take your money elsewhere.
