Brought the GF for a quick burger, I have to admit this place has cleaned up a lot. Last visit I didn't even want to leave a review, it was that bad, bums passed out on the curbs and begging for change in the drive thru. I decided to give Rally's a 2nd chance, ordered the Mother Cruncher meal at decent price $8. I didn't order anything but I had a fry and it was nice and crispy. She enjoyed her lunch and I enjoyed the drive and not having to deal with Pan Handlers.

Don't waste your time. We waited in the drive-thru line while a "customer" had a full blown baby mama drama conversation with an employee. Professionalism at its best here at Rally's! Where family comes first. June 28, 2022. 9:45pm. We left.

I love me some Rally's, always have. They have great prices and the fries are in my opinion the best in fast food. However, this particular spot on Fresno and highway 99 area. The 2 times I went I reviewed rude customer service. Just because I had questions. I get ppl have bad days, but part of customer service and not let that day reflect thru your service. Although the food was great the customer service left a bad taste in my mouth.

Good burgers, good prices
Only issue here is bacon looks raw. But other than that everything is good

Ummm… no… The last time I got a burger here it was unbelievably salty. If you are really craving rally’s, I recommend the ones on Bullard, Shaw and Brawley, or on Cleveland in Madera (I have yet to get bad food there).

I ordered 3 combos and got fries for 2 of them, in one of those combos I ordered a sandwich with no mayonnaise and it came with mayonnaise, smh. I hadn't been there in like 5 years and I will never go back again, I'd much rather drive out of my way to a much better rally's
