Went here today drive thru. Worse kfc in fresno area. Got the $29 meal not only was it super dry. 4 of the 10 pieces were wings. I've never had so many wings in any meal I've ordered from any kfc. I will never stop here again.

Go to this location mainly around 4:30pm. Most of the time, the food and service are average to high average. However, today was not good. They were out of original recipe at 4:30; 30 minute wait. Forced to get crispy. They suggested 2 extra biscuits for $1. However, they forgot to add it to the completed order.

I order from this KFC regularly as it is in close proximity to my work. Today, I noticed that the prices went up (which is fine—I understand), but was provided with literally the bare minimum in quality and portion. Usually it had been okay, but after today I’m not sure about going back.
The attendant handed me my soda as if she did not notice it was dripping everywhere, I had to ask for napkins, and one of my Chicken Littles was thrown together cold with two bun bottoms (the other was fine and normal) LOL. And yes, this is the actual amount of fries I was given.😒

I'm giving them 4 stars because everytime I go they are always nice & food is great. BUT Today, i got the new Wings and they were not so good. They are like crispy but all the bread falls off and the chicken is so soggy. I got the Nashville hot flavor and it had so much oil! Like the whole bottom of the bowl was covered. It made me not want to keep eating it and I only got a 6 pc. They literally reminded me of eating the cheap frozen wings from the grocery stores. They looked so good but was dissatisfied.

Waited 10 mins to place order just for them to tell me they don't serve kid's meals w/out a coupon. The employee stated they make them but I need to have a coupon to be able to order a kid's meal. I order those often from the Blackstone location & Clovis location witjout a coupon... simply ridiculous. Walked out & will never return to that KFC.

The food is very good. It is a hit or miss with the waiting time. Sometimes it is super quick depending on how many cars there are. Even if there is alot of cars, once you get to the window , it doesn't take long to get your food. Very reasonable pricing and the menu is expanding with different varieties of good food.
