I ordered their chicken sandwich and they burnt my bread. The fries for three of my meals were all soft and cold. I ordered a sweet tea and they gave me a tea unsweetened. I also ordered a cheeseburger Happy meal. They gave me a regular hamburger. Happy meal. Not going to this McDonald's anymore

Fries in 2 Happy Meals plus 3rd order dry and unfresh. BBQ sauce pack unsealed, with peel-off cover partially opened. Cheeseburgers were good. Disappointing visit. Maybe we received two "Unhappy Meals".

My daughter ordered a quarter pounder and her sandwich was tossed everywhere and it had a ton of mayonnaise in it, My granddaughter ordered a Mc double sandwich and her cheese & meat was falling out of the bread. My nuggets were the only ones that were in tacked and it's not like they were buzy cuz they weren't. They also had us park for our order & wait 20 minutes...

Great drive thru but what I ordered was the new chicken sandwich and got the smallest 5 dollar piece of chicken . It's brunt and it looks child sized. I will not order another one of horrible sized sandwich again should of gotten a mcchicken at this point at least it would have been bigger. Looks like you want a real chicken sandwich go to Popeyes!

Cold food and bad coustoer Service. Didn't realize the food was room temperature / Cold even though we asked for FRESH until we got on the freeway. Called and was told we should of brought it back right away ... Didn't I just say we went straight to the freeway?

Terrible food,they take no pride in quality of food. I just went through the drive-through got a Mcdouble and a small fry the cheese on the Mcdouble it’s not even melted it’s cold and the burger is disgusting, the french fries are hard this place is terrible. Spent all that money on a remodel but serving disgusting food. Go to a different location !!!

It's fast and cheap. I like the self serve kiosk where you can customize your order without holding up the whole line.
